How it works
How a visit works
Describe the problem.
Say what you see, hear or smell. We ask a few short questions about the equipment, your home and four safety checks, and you pick one to five times that suit you.
Confirm by email.
We email you one link. Confirming it sends your request. Nothing is booked yet.
A technician books your visit.
An independent technician who works in your area books one of your times. We email you their first name and the time.
The visit.
The technician finds the cause and writes up what it needs, line by line, each with its price. Nothing more happens until you approve it.
Approve, then pay.
You approve the lines you want. When the work is done you pay the final bill online, for the visit and the work you approved.
A request becomes a visit when a technician books one of your times.

One visit price, said first
The diagnostic visit costs the same for every home and every kind of work. You agree to it before anyone comes.
Every repair approved first
The technician prices each repair before it starts, from our price list, and you say yes to each one. You never pay for work you didn't approve.
